The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation across the GCC and East Africa regions by developing packaging raw materials (Substrate - aluminum foil, BOPA, BOPP, PET, Laminates, Adhesive, Solvents, polymers) business across GCC and East African region The role focuses on market expansion, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets in line with the company's business objectives.

As a Market Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in:

• Business development.

• Customer Relationship Management.

• Growing new product lines in the similar business segment.

• Market intelligence & competition analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible to develop Packaging business in GCC and East African  region.

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas,trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing market.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners.

• Providing regular reports and updates on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.

Qualification:

• Engineer / Science / commerce / Economic graduate with postgraduation in any management discipline would be preferred

Experience:

• You should have a minimum 3 + years’ experience as strong background in sales and business development handling Packaging Materials & solvent Distribution to flexible packaging & converting companies.

• Travel for Business development in GCC & African region. Attending International trade shows, represent organization at different platforms like Trade events, conferences, technical seminars.
